Why PedalSwap

PedalSwap started from a personal frustration: every time I tried to buy a used bike — for myself or my kids — on general marketplaces, it was a hassle. Endless scrolling through mismatched listings, no way to filter by the things that actually matter for a bike (size, category, condition), and no easy way to tell if a seller or a bike could actually be trusted.

So I built PedalSwap specifically for bikes in Denmark — with real filtering by bike type and size, frame-number visibility so buyers can check a bike isn't stolen, confirmed-email sellers, and clear labeling of private vs. business sellers.
